I have been working with Kieran since May after a bad back injury. Kieran has been supportive and helped with the rehabilitation immensely. He has explained everything to me as we have been going along the journey together. As the weeks have gone on I have felt stronger and in a better place physically. Cannot recommend enough.

Came in with back and shoulder pain & Kieran explained what was wrong with them, what needed to be done and ways to help them moving forward. Couple of days after and they both feel more free and given me some relief from pain I’ve had for 10 years. Very knowledgeable and welcoming definitely would recommend.

Highlighted the issue quickly. Applied manipulation techniques and gave remedial exercises to follow up. So far all good.
